Custom products
Foam inserts are cut to the layout you submit. You're responsible for checking that the layout fits your gear. Custom-cut inserts are non-returnable; see Returns.
Prices and payment

Reservations
Before checkout opens, you can reserve a build. A reservation is not an order and nothing is charged. We'll contact you before anything is cut.
