Custom-cut inserts are non-returnable

Every foam insert is cut to the layout you designed, so it can't be resold. Custom-cut inserts can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or don't match the layout you ordered.

If something's wrong

If your insert doesn't match your order, or anything arrives damaged, contact us within [N] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll recut or replace it.

Bags and gear

Fit

Cutouts are sized from the dimensions shown in the designer. If you marked an item "I own it", check its measurements before ordering: a cutout that's too small for your own gear isn't a defect.
